111 COVID Stunted Social Interaction. That’s Been a Boon to This Agoraphobe

“I actually have been thriving during this pandemic. As an agoraphobe, leaving my house is incredibly difficult. Now that I only have to go out once every two weeks to get groceries, I’m doing much better mentally. It is also nice that my disabilities are being accommodated now. Suddenly doctors are willing to meet virtually instead of making me come into the office. Friends understand when I turn down a coffee invite and suggest a skype call instead. I have found my mental health improved so much that I am able to get back to old hobbies like cooking and reading that I thought were lost to me”
